My Healing Approach

I believe healing isn’t about fixing you—it’s about helping you reconnect with the part of yourself that may have gotten buried beneath stress, fear, old patterns, and everything life has asked you to carry.

My approach blends intuitive guidance, spiritual life coaching, Reiki and energy healing, guided meditation, and practical tools for real-life change. Every session is personal because no two people need the same kind of healing.

We may work on releasing emotional blocks, quieting an overactive mind, rebuilding confidence, creating healthier boundaries, reconnecting with your intuition, or simply figuring out what comes next.

I don't believe you need to have everything figured out before you begin. You don't even have to consider yourself “spiritual.” You just need to know that something in your life is ready to change.

This is where we begin.

You already carry more strength, intuition, and light than you realize. My job is to help you find your way back to it.

What Is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle form of energy healing designed to support relaxation, balance, and overall well-being.

During a Reiki session, I work with the body’s energy through light touch or hands held just above the body. The experience is peaceful and deeply relaxing, giving you space to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.

People often come to Reiki when they are feeling stressed, emotionally drained, overwhelmed, stuck, or simply out of balance.

Reiki may help you:

Feel calmer and more grounded
Release emotional and energetic tension
Create a deeper sense of relaxation
Reconnect with yourself and your intuition
Feel more balanced, centered, and restored

You don't need any experience with Reiki or spirituality to receive it. Simply come as you are.

Reiki is not a replacement for medical or mental-health care. It is a complementary wellness practice that can be used alongside the care you already receive.

Sometimes healing begins by simply giving yourself permission to receive.

What Is an Energy Reading?

An Energy Reading is an intuitive look at what is happening beneath the surface of your life—the emotions, patterns, relationships, and energetic blocks that may be influencing how you feel and the choices you're making.

During your reading, I tune into your energy and intuition to help bring clarity to where you are right now and what may need your attention.

What Can We Explore?

Your reading may bring insight into:

Love and relationships
Career and life direction
Emotional or energetic blocks
Repeating patterns
Major decisions or transitions
Your spiritual path and personal growth
Where your energy may be feeling stuck or depleted

This isn't about telling you exactly what will happen or taking away your free will. It's about helping you see your situation differently, recognize what your own intuition may already be telling you, and feel clearer about your next step.

You can come with specific questions or simply say, “Tell me what you see.”

Every reading is different because every person's energy and story are different.

Sometimes clarity is the beginning of everything.
